UserLoop can automatically add a note to an order in Shopify whenever a user leaves you a feedback message.

You'll see the message the customer left and their rating right on your order page.

You'll see the customer's feedback on the order timeline, and in the notes box on the top right of the Shopify order page.

To enable this feature, you need to press the 'Authorize' button on the settings page.

UserLoop needs some additional permissions to add notes to orders on your Shopify account. Once you press the authorize button you'll be asked to grant the additional permissions.

Once you've granted permissions, you can toggle the notes feature on and off from the settings page.
