Analytics Overview

UserLoop gives you detailed analytics on your survey responses, helping you track trends and identify insights at scale. Our AI-powered analytics engine, Survey Copilot, analyzes your responses and provides summaries for each question.

Viewing Analytics

1. Go to Surveys and select the survey you want to analyze.

2. Click the Analytics tab.

You'll see a breakdown of responses for each question, including response counts, percentages, and revenue metrics like Average Order Value (AOV) and Total Sales per answer.

AI-Powered Summaries

Survey Copilot automatically analyzes your open-ended responses and generates easy-to-read summaries. This helps you quickly understand what your customers are saying without reading every individual response.
