Klaviyo Integration

UserLoop can automatically push survey response data to your Klaviyo account and attach it to customer records. This lets you build targeted email campaigns and segments based on how customers answer your surveys.

How to Set Up the Klaviyo Integration

1. In your Klaviyo account, go to Settings > API Keys (or navigate to the Developer Tools section).

2. Click Create Private API Key.

3. Name the key (e.g. "UserLoop Surveys") and set the scope to Events with read and write access.

4. Copy the API key. You'll only see it once.

5. In UserLoop, click Integrations in the left menu.

6. Find the Klaviyo section and paste your API key into the Klaviyo Private API Key field.

Verifying the Integration

After saving, send a test survey response and check your Klaviyo account to confirm the event data appears on the customer's profile.
