How to Set Up Klaviyo Integration with UserLoop

Integrating Klaviyo with UserLoop allows you to send customer survey responses directly to Klaviyo, enabling more effective email campaigns and deeper insights into your customer behavior. Follow the steps below to set up the integration.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Access Klaviyo Integration Settings

Log in to your Klaviyo account.
Navigate to the Integrations section. This is located in the bottom left of the dashboard.

Step 2: Generate a Private API Key

In the Integrations section, select Developer Tools.
Click on Manage API Keys in the top right corner.
Click the Create Private API Key button.
Name your API key (e.g., UserLoop Surveys).
Set the scope to Events and grant read and write access.

Step 3: Copy the New API Key

Once the API key is generated, click Copy.
Note: You will only see this key once, so be sure to copy it immediately.

Step 4: Update UserLoop Integration Settings

Log in to your UserLoop account.
Go to Settings and then Integrations.
Find the Klaviyo Integration section.
Paste the copied API key into the Private API Key field.
Save the changes.

Step 5: Verify the Integration

Ensure the API key is correctly saved in UserLoop.
Test the integration by sending a test survey response and checking if it appears in Klaviyo.
