Language Translations

UserLoop can automatically translate your surveys into over 50 languages using AI. Surveys are shown to customers in their preferred language, so you can collect feedback from a global audience.

How to Translate a Survey

1. Go to Surveys and select the survey you want to translate.

2. Click the Languages button in the top-right corner of the survey page.

3. Choose the language you want to translate into.

4. UserLoop's AI will translate all your questions, answers, button text, and thank you messages.

5. Review the translations — the original text appears on the left and the translation on the right. You can edit any translation in real time.

Adding More Languages

You can add as many languages as you need. Go back to the language dropdown and select another language to add a new translation.

Updating Translations

If you've changed your survey questions or text, click Update translation to re-translate the survey with your latest changes.
