How to Automatically Translate Your Surveys into Over 50 Languages with UserLoop



Welcome to the future of customer feedback! UserLoop now offers an automatic translation feature, enabling your surveys to be accessible in over 50 languages. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to leverage this feature, including support for Shopify checkout surveys and checkout extensibility.




Step 1: Access Your Surveys



Navigate to the Surveys section within your UserLoop dashboard. Here, you'll find all the surveys you've created.

Step 2: Choose a Survey to Translate



Select the survey you wish to translate. You can translate any survey, including those designed for the Shopify checkout process or using Shopify's checkout extensibility.

Step 3: Select Language Options



In the survey's settings page, look for the Languages option, typically located in the top right corner.

Step 4: Pick Your Languages



After clicking Languages, a list of over 50 languages will appear. Choose the language into which you want to translate your survey. For example, if you're going to translate to French, click Translate survey into French.

Step 5: Review and Edit Translations



UserLoop's AI will translate your survey, including all questions, answers, submit buttons, and thank you messages. Once the translation is complete, you can review each part. The original text will be displayed on the left, with the translated version on the right. You're encouraged to make adjustments to ensure the translation's accuracy and appropriateness.

Step 6: Make Real-Time Adjustments



All translations update in real-time. If you need to make any adjustments, your changes will immediately reflect, ensuring your survey is always accurate and up-to-date.

Step 7: Adding More Languages



To reach a broader audience, go back to the language dropdown menu at any time and select another language for your survey.

Step 8: Updating Translations



If you've made changes to your survey questions or text, updating your translations is straightforward. Hit the Update translation button, and UserLoop will retranslate your survey to include your latest changes.
