Notifications

For real-time notifications when customers respond to your surveys, we recommend using the Slack integration. It sends a notification to your chosen Slack channel whenever a customer submits a response.

To set it up, go to Integrations in the left menu and connect your Slack workspace. See our Slack Integration article for full setup instructions.
