Notifications
UserLoop lets you decide when you're notified about new customer feedback.
The master toggle turns all email notifications on or off. When this toggle is enabled you'll get an email whenever a customer leaves you a feedback message.
If you would prefer only to be notified when you get a bad review, or only when you get a good one, you can set the toggle to match your preferences.
If you enable this option, you'll only get an email notification if the customer leaves you a message.
Enable or Disable Email Notifications
