Control Which Customers See Your Questions

UserLoop lets you control which customers see each question in your survey. This is handy when you want to ask different questions to different groups of customers.

Targeting Options

There are three options you can choose from for each question:

All customers — The question is shown to everyone (default).

Only new customers — The question is only shown to customers who have never placed an order on your store before.

Only returning customers — The question is only shown to customers who have purchased from you in the past.

How to Set Customer Targeting

1. Go to Surveys and select your survey.

2. Click the Questions tab.

3. On each question, look for the targeting option to choose which customers should see it.
