Auto Proceed Mode

Auto Proceed automatically submits a customer's response and moves to the next question as soon as they select an answer. This creates a smoother survey experience and helps boost completion rates.

How It Works

When Auto Proceed is enabled, customers don't need to click a submit button after each answer. As soon as they tap or click their choice, the survey moves forward to the next question automatically. This is especially useful for single-select and rating questions.

How to Enable Auto Proceed

1. Go to Surveys and select your survey.

2. Click the Design tab.

3. Under the Style sub-tab, find Auto Proceed and toggle it on.

Auto Proceed is enabled by default on new surveys.
