Sent Emails

The Sent Emails tab shows you all the emails UserLoop has sent to your customers.

The columns shown are...

Trigger. What caused this email to be sent.
Email address. The customer email address the surevey was sent to.
Date & Time. When was the survey sent.
Opens. How many times did the customer open the survey email.

You can click on the green Opens button to see a breakdown of every time the selected customer opened an email.

Scheduled Mail

This option shows you all the upcoming scheduled email UserLoop will send to your customers. If you want to cancel an email from sending you can press the X icon.
