Order Fulfilled Surveys
UserLoop can send surveys to your customers based on fulfillment events in your Shopify account.
When an order is marked as fulfilled, UserLoop will trigger sending a specific survey to your customer.
You can set a custom delay period. This means once your fulfilment event occurs, UserLoop will apply your custom delay before sending the survey.
For example, if you set your custom delay to '7 days', UserLoop will send your survey to the customer 7 days after the fulfillment event.
